This is a personal training program, but you will be sharing the space with one other person.
We'll warm-up together, you'll move through your program, ask questions, get feedback, grow!
These small group sessions have no more than 2 people and are a great way to get in, get moving, and get on to doing what you love!
All the good things you get from small group training, but in a private setting.
If you prefer traditional, one-on-one, custom training, this is for you!
Maybe you are more of a self starter!
We’ll connect, I’ll learn about how you move, what your goals are and what kind of equipment you have access to, then I will program for you via an app - you will follow the program from wherever you are - this can be on a 4-week, 5-week, or 6-week cycle.
With this option we prefer to meet clients either in-person or via zoom on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, just to check in and keep progress moving forward!
If you’re suffering from minor aches or just looking to maintain a sense of balance in the body, soft tissue work is where it’s at! Using tools such as cupping, Graston, and heat we’ll get to the root of your issue before small aches become chronic pain.
